Yu Sheng is one of the essentials when celebrating Chinese New Year, and Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Singapore are presenting seven different Yu Sheng created by Master Chef Lai Tong Ping to celebrate the Lunar New Year with – including the Lucky Dragon Yu Sheng, made with an indulgent combination of lobster, salmon, tuna and Japanese surf clam.
The Golden Harvest Yu Sheng, made with a combination of lobster and tuna, features a special truffle sauce. There’s also the Auspicious Yu Sheng, with baby abalone and tuna fish; the Fortune Yu Sheng, with tuna fish and sea bird’s nest; Happiness Yu Sheng, with Japanese surf clams and Norwegian salmon; Prosperity Yu Sheng with Norwegian salmon and crispy fish skin and the Longevity Yu Sheng, featuring sea bird’s nest and bonito flakes with truffle sauce.
Each Yu Sheng comes in two sizes – small (ranging from $38 - $88) for two to five people, and large (ranging from $68 to $388) for six to 10 people.
