  From now till 14 Feb, impress your loved one with a range of Pasty Chef Winnie Goh’s specially crafted creations, including the Strawberry Sensation which features eight different desserts – white balsamic strawberry mascarpone ice cream with marshmallow; chocolate fudge feuillentine with strawberry salsa; honey strawberry cake; hazelnut chocolate mousse with strawberry konnyaku; lemongrass lime gelee with strawberry yoghurt emulsion’ white strawberry truffle with valrhona sauce; steamed strawberry volcano bun and Grand Marnier-infused strawberry mocha.

 

There is also several crafted cakes and treats such as the Napoleon strawberry heart-shaped cake ($54++ per kilogram), the guanaja chocolate roll ($54++ per kilogram) and fruity mini heart praline ($18++ for 12 pieces) available at the Atrium Deli.
