Express Business Lunch at Caffé B, Marina Bay Sands

  Caffé B has just launched their Express Business Lunch service, which comes in a three-course set meal that is priced at $38++, with the promise to serve within a time span of 25 minutes – great for anyone with only that little bit of time for lunch.

Despite the quick meal, service and food quality won’t be compromised. Caffé B emphasizes on freshness and quality and customers are spoilt for Italian fare choices in terms of the different main courses available.

 

For those with a lighter appetite, the eatery offers an Italian delicacy platter, featuring a delectable assortment of parma ham, cured beef and Italian salami with rock melon, mozzarella with Italian picadilly tomatoes and wild rocket. The greens include Italian pickles and crunchy garden vegetables, and served with fresh homemade focaccia. If you are hankering for a hearty meaty dish, indulge in the pappardelle with red wine braised New Zealand venison topped with toasted pinenut, a gastronomical dish with the robust flavours of Italy that will satiate any meat aficionado’s appetite.

 

Alternatively, whet your appetite with a harmonious seafood medley of snapper and sea bass fillet with mussels, clams, prawns and calamari cooked in savoury tomato broth, with a little spicy kick in it, and is served with homemade garlic bruschetta bread.
