Celebrity Chef Series with Chuck Hughes

  Be part of an amazing experience with celebrity chef Chuck Hughes, as he comes to town as part of the Celebrity Chef Series, presented by the Asian Food Channel and American Express. He’ll be playing host to a series of exclusive dining-related experiences such as intimate dinners, cooking demonstrations and ticketed dinners as part of his tour entitled A Day Off with Chuck Hughes.

 

As the youngest Canadian chef to win the popular Iron Chef America, Chef Hughes is passionate about food, having worked at some of Montreal’s most popular restaurants before opening his own – Garde Manger, before opening another Le Bremner with two of his best friends.

 

Chef Hughes will be doing cooking demonstrations at the AFC studio in Orchard Central on 3 March, while a sit down dinner will be hosted at il Lido at Sentosa Golf Club on 2 March. He’ll be demonstrating some of his unique dishes, such as the chocolate tapioca arancini, and succulent braised short ribs on garlic mashed potatoes with green beans and poached tomatoes. At dinner, he’ll be serving up delicious seafood fare in the form of stovetop clambake with butters.
