August's Cooking with Appetite Editor's Pick featured Executive Chef Nobuyuki Taguchi of Sheraton Towers, as he demonstrated three great wayst o prepare seafood for home cooking. Dishes learnt that day included a prawn and scallop spaghetti, seafood soup and baked seafood in parchment paper.
