Appetite readers gathered at the APS Gallery on a bright and breezy afternoon on 2 July. Leading the demonstration was Brawn Steakhouse’s Chef Fabrice Didier Lancelot who shared three recipes for comforting family dishes that use sausages and veal, and which can be easily made at home.
