It was a night of anticipation as Singapore’s crème de la crème and prominent personalities from the F&B industry converged to celebrate the award winners for Singapore Tatler’s Best Restaurants 2012. Against the lush backdrop of swinging jazz, guests were treated to fine wines and a feast put together by the city’s top restaurants. The apex of the evening arrived with the award ceremony, where the highly coveted awards were presented by Gilbert Cheah, Managing Director for Edipresse Singapore, Phillip Hong, General Manager for Edipresse Plus & Appetite, Kevin Alcott, Vice President and General Manager of Merchant Services for American Express International and Yoshimi Nakajima, Country Manager of American Express International. Guests were also the first to download the newly unveiled Asia Tatler Dining – Singapore mobile app for iPhone users.
