Join Anar's Executive Chef Khaled Amori as he cooks up three traditional dishes: The classic tabouleh; Middle Eastern style stuffed chicken, made Lebanese style; and Eash Al Saraya, a dessert of brown bread soaked with sugar and topped with whipped cream and mixed nuts.

At just 31 years of age, Khaled Amori, Executive Chef of Anar, has garnered a wealth of experience working with luxury resorts and hotels in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Oman and Jordan. Prior to Anar, he was Oriental Executive Chef of Ramada Gulf in Saudi Arabia. He was also a member of the pre-opening team for Grand Hyatt Amman, Jordan; Grand Hyatt Masqat, Oman; and the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. At these five-star properties, Chef Amori’s responsibilities included creating new menus and quality control of the dishes. The chef specialises in Arabic and Oriental cuisines.


Cooking with Class in collaboration with Appetite will be held on Saturday, 10 Dec from 2.30 to 5pm at Robinsons at The CentrePoint, Level 5, and is priced at $40 per person.
