De Dietrich’s Asia ambassador Chef Andre Chiang has personally designed a limited edition called the Continuum Hob, The Philosopher. Each hob is inscribed with Chef Chiang’s culinary philosophies, an olive tree that represents the south of France where Chiang trained and his signature. The hob also boasts zoneless cooking areas for different cookware and temperatures at the same time. There are only 24 pieces available worldwide.
