Slow Cooked Egg with Oyster and Iberico Ham

Ingredients:

12 eggs

12 oysters

6 slices Iberico ham

Spring onions, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Method:

  1. Boil eggs at 65°C for about 30 minutes.
  2. Crack 2 slow-cooked eggs in a bowl, top with 2 oysters, a slice of Iberico ham and garnish with chopped spring onions. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
