BBQ Grilled Tiger Prawns and Beer Potato with Mushrooms Fry

Ingredients
12 pcs prawns (medium-sized)
200 g button mushrooms
200 g potato
100 g onions
Oil, for BBQ
2 cans beer (any Australian bitter ale; one can of beer for the fry and one can for the cook)

Method
1. Remove the shell from the body of the prawns, leaving the head and tail on.
2. Slice the mushrooms, potato and onions.
3. Preheat the BBQ grill and brush with a little oil. Cook the sliced mushrooms, potato and onions.  After 5 minutes, pour the beer all over the ingredients.
4. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
5. Once you finish drinking your beer, everything should be cooked. Serve with bread and more beer.
